We collect your name, email, country, age confirmation, plus optional organization and job title, to provide and administer courses and webinars, process payments through PayPal, deliver live sessions via Google Meet, and maintain learning records. We retain learner data and any recordings for up to one year after the last course ends, and may delete sooner when no longer needed. Webinars may be recorded; if identifiable clips are used for promotion, we will ask for separate permission. For employer-sponsored enrollments, we may share attendance, completion, and assessment results with the sponsoring employer. We send essential course emails and may send promotional emails with an unsubscribe option. Learners can request access, correction or deletion by contacting us.
